Rain is the main director of the course. After yesterday's sad accident and cancellation of the first prologue the first official special stage had to be cancel as well due to the safety reason and bad weather conditions.

Ales Loprais won second special stage of Rally Oil Libya Maroc 2015. In all the checkpoints he was the fastest and finally he gained 6,5 minutes of his rivals.
