The ambiguity about the situation and specification of the official ranking after 11th stage

After the stage was shorted, immediately started the ambiguity about the whole ranking. Question was, who passed CP1 before the race was stopped at 13:50 local time. During evaluation of the situation we had taken informations from the message we got yesterday from the official organizer of Dakar rally, ASO agency.
We attach the ranking, that have been posted today on offical Dakar website.
